Annette is a franchise owner of EWF International®, leading peer advisory groups for executive women, and she serves as partner in Executive Development Associates as a senior leadership development consultant and operational executive. Annette has a unique blend of entrepreneurism, leadership, and organizational development expertise, with 20 years of experience working to influence change and positive results within organizations today.
As the first franchise owner for EWF International®, Annette built a solid, successful peer advisory business in less than a year, with its members representing companies with over 40,000 employees and $23 billion in total annual revenues. Her franchise was featured in Entrepreneur Magazine. She currently facilitates two executive forum groups and leads annual leadership retreats to various destinations across the US.
